Dawningdays vision is acquiring a substantial parcel of land, comprising at least 27 acres in the thriving region of Lancaster, CA. This expansive area has been thoughtfully designed, with 15 acres specifically allocated for the development of 127 mega homes, which will provide a remarkable total of more than 200 beds, each embodying comfort and nurturing support. Among these homes, ten will be dedicated to individuals aged 30 and above, or those born prior to the year 1996-2006, ensuring a tranquil environment that promotes healing and well-being through daily therapeutic activities. In addition, 27 mega homes will be thoughtfully equipped with between 50 and 100 living studio spaces, aimed at accommodating families of sizes ranging from 2 to 5 who are in urgent need of emergency respite care; special cases will be meticulously reviewed for potential extended stays, ensuring every need is met. The remaining acreage will host two additional mega homes, which will include two expansive greenhouses, spread out across 5 acres, contributing to our ecological and sustainable vision. Furthermore, a large warehouse is planned to serve as essential maintenance space, along with equipment storage, while also providing fertile farmland for livestock and the cultivation of produce for our farmers market, occupying a generous 6 acres of this promising land.
